Breakfast at the island
Room for the kids on stools and a parent at the stove, without anyone in the way.
Beacon is a small, family-run remodeling crew in North Dallas. We redo kitchens, bathrooms and whole floors of houses, and the owner is on your job from the first walk-through to the final inspection.
It's where breakfast happens, where homework gets done and where everybody stands when friends come over. We plan the room around how your family actually uses it.
Room for the kids on stools and a parent at the stove, without anyone in the way.
Counter space for a cutting board and a math worksheet at the same time.
Pendants on a dimmer and lights under the cabinets, so the room still feels warm after dark.
We keep it small on purpose: one crew, one schedule, one contract. The people who quote your job are the people who build it.
Cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, lighting and appliances, plus moving a wall or a sink when the layout needs it.
Design your kitchen
Tub-to-shower conversions, new tile and glass, vanities, and grab bars and curbless showers for staying in the house longer.
Design your bathroom
Opening up a floor plan, new floors through the house, or several rooms done as one project on one schedule.
Start with a walk-throughGrab the hammer and take this bathroom down to the studs, then rebuild it the way our crew does, one step at a time.
"We got three bids. Beacon was the one who actually listened to what we wanted."Priya S., Allen

We take on a few projects at a time so the owner can be on each one. These are the cities we work in most.
Usually not for a kitchen or a single bathroom. We put up dust walls and floor protection, and we help you set up a spot to make coffee and heat food while the kitchen is down.
It depends on the room and on what we find behind the walls. You get a schedule along with the written price, and we tell you right away if something changes it.
We do. We pull the permits your city requires and we're there for each inspection.
Often, yes. If the cabinet boxes are sound, new counters, doors, hardware and backsplash can change the room with far less work than a full tear-out. We'll tell you which way makes sense on the walk-through.
We stop, show you what we found, and give you the cost to fix it in writing. We ask for your OK before anything is added to your bill.
Tell us about the room. The owner will come out, look at it with you and talk through what you want.
